We understand the stress and strain of buying your new home so let us guide you through the whole process.
We provide a detailed snag list and more importantly we are delighted if you wish to attend the inspection. This will give you possibly your first chance to see your new home and do some measuring up etc.
Our snag list is NOT a computerised check list. We take each room individually and inspect it inch by inch, always expecting the unexpected!

With over 18 years of experience in finishing and snagging new-build homes, I have perfected a method of snagging that will pick up snags logically which are also easy to find and understand.
I am confident you won't be able to find a service as comprehensive as this for a better price. We include a before and after inspection, if for any reason we have to do a third visit then there is no extra charge.
All our inspections include a full internal and external inspection. A typed list is emailed to the builders and yourself and I will liaise with the builders until the work is done.
We offer inspections for all day, every of the week. Inspections can even be carried out within 24 hours of your call. If you want to attend then you are more than welcome.
I am particularly understanding of first time buyers and the stress it can cause in undertaking such a large commitment. Therefore Im delighted should the clients wish to attend.
